Privacy Notice

Our Privacy Pledge to You

We pledge to always protect the information you share with us, and we will never collect any personal information (for example your name and email address) about you without you knowingly providing it. The data we collect remains within our family of companies to assist us in providing products and services to you, sharing information only for select order processing and to provide relevant products and services through select vendors. The purpose of this Privacy Notice is to explain how we use the information we collect about you, and how you may notify us of your choices. We believe it is important to let you know how information about you is used and protected.

Our Commitment to Security
Keeping the information you provide to us secure is very important to us and we are dedicated to implementing measures to protect against the unauthorized access of your private information and providing you with a safe and secure online experience. To that end, we employ physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to secure and safeguard your data, including SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology that encrypts personal and financial information over the internet, and a variety of other security features to prevent unauthorized access of your data. Unfortunately, although we make good faith efforts to protect the information we collect in a secure operating environment that is not accessible to unauthorized users, we cannot guarantee complete security.

What Information We Collect
We collect and retain information about our users through a variety of means and sources. In all instances we apply all measures within our ability to keep that information private and secure. The following details the categories of information we collect and how we collect it.

Ordering: We request information from the user on our order form. This information includes contact information (such as name, e-mail, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to process and fulfill customers’ orders. If we have trouble processing an order, the information may be used to contact the customer. From time to time we may use third party vendors to collect personal and financial information on our behalf. In those instances, the information collected is transmitted to us and is not stored with those vendors.
Log Files: Like most companies that use site servers to deliver content on the world wide web, we use log files to help us manage our websites and to troubleshoot problems that may occasionally arise. This information we collect includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track users’ movements in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.

Cookies: Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser. Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you may choose to turn them off. We use cookies in a limited fashion: to store visitors preferences, to record session information, such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart, to record information on what pages visitors access, and to record visitor activity at a site in order to provide better service and usability when visitors return to that site and/or other sites.

Single-Pixel Gifs: We may place single-pixel gifs, or electronic images, on our sites that allow us to count users who have visited certain Web pages we wish to track. For example, we may include single-pixel gifs in promotional email messages in order to count how many messages have been opened and acted upon. Single-pixel gifs may also be placed by our advertising partners on some of our Web pages to help determine the effectiveness of Internet advertising campaigns.
Information that is collected via IP Address, Cookie and Single-Pixel Gif technologies is not personally identifiable. However, if you choose to provide us with personally identifiable information, this information may be linked to the data stored in these technologies.

How We Use Information About Our Customers
We may share individual information we collect about you (such as name, address, telephone number, etc.) with members of our corporate family and service providers to process transactions, respond to your inquiries, fulfill on products and services or provide information about the products or services that we offer.

From time to time, we may also share this information with select companies outside our corporate family to provide relevant information about other products and services that may appeal to you.

We may also disclose your information to the appropriate authorities when we determine it is necessary to comply with applicable laws or protect the interests or safety of our company or other visitors to the Site.

As in any business venture, the sale, merger or declaration of bankruptcy of the company is always a possibility. Should we ever be acquired by or merged into another organization, all customer information we have collected will be treated as an asset and may be transferred to a third party.

Children's Privacy
We are committed to protecting the safety and privacy of young people using the Internet. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 and believe that children should get their parents' or guardians' consent before giving out any personal information.

If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses.
